"Support got me sorted the same day"
I ran into an issue earlier in the afternoon and reached out to support, not really expecting a quick fix. But within a short time, they got back to me and helped me sort everything out. By the end of the day, it was completely fixed. Really appreciated how fast and easy the whole process was

I got my warranty replacement in the end, it just took a few days longer than I expected. maybe I was overthinking it or being a little impatient, but I kept wondering if I should follow up. Everything worked out fine though, and the support was helpful.

I ordered from InkOwl and the whole refill process went smooth, not gonna lie. I was kinda worried I’d make a huge mess, but the instructions were clear and the ink went in just fine. Printer worked right away after, so yeah, I’d definitely use them again...

The colors came out really clean and sharp, which surprised me since my printer is old. I probably should’ve upgraded it by now, but I keep putting it off, so I was happy these prints still looked this nice.

I wasn’t totally sure which ink I needed, so I sent them a quick message, kind of expecting to wait a while honestly. But they got back to me fast, and it was nice because they didn’t overcomplicate it or send me around in circles.
The reply actually made sense and answered what I asked, which I always appreciate because sometimes support replies feel like they didn’t even read the message. Anyway, after that the order went through fine, and I’d definitely use inkowl.com again

My ink order had a bit of a problem, and I wasn’t really sure how it was going to go. But support got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it a whole thing. They were friendly about it too, which I appreciated. Stuff happens, I guess, but they handled it well. I’d probably order from them again.

"Reliable, even if a few things could be better"
I’ve ordered from InkOwl a few times now, and overall they’ve been dependable for me. I haven’t had problems with the ink or the orders actually showing up, which is the main thing. That said, the shipping isn’t exactly fast, and I do find myself wishing it was a little quicker every time. The website also feels a bit plain and could be easier to use, honestly. Still, the products work fine, the orders arrive, and they’ve been reliable, even if the same small annoyances keep coming up

"Ink’s been lasting longer than I figured"
I’ve been using inkowl refill ink in my Epson for a few months now, and it’s been solid. I kinda expected the colors to start fading or looking weird after a bit, but the photos I stuck on my fridge still look nice enough and the color’s still there.

The price felt fair too, which helps. Refilling took me a little fiddling around and some patience, but nothing too crazy. The ink itself seems to go a long way, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"I ordered this from InkOwl because..."
I ordered this from InkOwl because my printer had stopped recognizing the old cartridge, and I needed to get things printing again without making a big production out of it.

When I put the new cartridge in, the printer didn’t pick it up right away, but after I powered the printer off and turned it back on, it recognized it. Took a minute to figure out, but once it connected, everything printed properly.

It wasn’t completely seamless at the start, so I’d rate it 4 stars. That said, it ultimately worked as expected and saved me some unnecessary frustration

"Shipping was actually quick"
I ordered some ink and, it showed up sooner than I was expecting, so that was nice. The tracking updated well too, like I could actually see where it was along the way. I’m giving it 4 stars, though, because the package was a little beat up when it got here. But overall, yeah, the shipping speed was good.

"Thought my printer was done, but this fixed it"
I had a stubborn clog on my Epson nozzles and, of course, I immediately assumed I had somehow ruined the whole printer. I ordered the cleaner from InkOwl, gave it a couple tries, and it actually cleared things up. Prints are back to normal now, and shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.
